On the 14th of February a special event was held at Aspengrove School in Nanaimo, where the Association of Nigerians in Nanaimo, led by President Mohammed Usman and Welfare Director Ibrahim Mamudu, organized an engaging and informative session in celebration of Black History Month.

From the moment the delegation from the association arrived, it was evident that the event was well-planned and executed. President Mohammed Usman and Welfare Director Ibrahim Mamudu displayed leadership and enthusiasm, creating an atmosphere of excitement and curiosity among both students and staff.

The highlight of the visit was a Q&A session where the elementary school kids demonstrated an impressive level of intellectual curiosity.
